WHO WE ARE:
Five committed and passionate women who will be the first women’s Vertical Relative Work (VRW) team in the United States.

MISSION:
To use our knowledge & skills to get as many women involved in skydiving & wind tunnel flying so that we may share our passion for a sport that has truly changed our lives.

BACKGROUND:
The team consists of Melissa Andrzejewski, Karlee Ayers, Kate Hoffsetter, Dona Jones, and Stephanie Soria.

Melissa Andrzejewski – 24 year old pilot, U.S. Unlimited Aerobatic Team member & B.A.S.E. jumper who hopes to mentor other women and inspire them to push their limits just like her Grandmother taught her. Melissa has been jumping since she was 18 and strives to be a positive role model and inspiration to young people by showing them that no dream is too big and nothing is impossible!

Karlee Ayers – This 20 year old is quickly gaining a reputation as one of skydiving’s budding talents.  With over 1500 jumps, this second generation skydiver works as a free fly load organizer, videographer, and packer and hopes to bring her special brand of enthusiasm to the wind tunnel environment.  She made her first jump at the age of seventeen and has no plans to slow down.

Dona Jones – This flyer was a national level gymnast who began skydiving at age 38. Her gymnastics background and passion for skydiving has driven her to excel in the sport while creating an intense desire to be a part of a team again.  She has quickly proven her skills and dedication, and feels that she has found a new family within the skydiving community.

Stephanie Soria - Stephanie is a highly motivated, passionate female in the world of skydiving and wind tunnel flying.  With over 3,000 jumps in the past 6 years, she has learned to fly her body with grace and style.  Working at the Parachute Center as a videographer has shown her the need for better mentoring for women in skydiving, and she hopes to teach women how to live up to their potential.

Kate Hoffsetter - Kate has been skydiving for almost 8 years with nearly 5,000 skydives. She has spent most of her career traveling and working at different dropzones across the country. Along the way she's organized and participated in many challenging freefly events including 3 freefly world records. Kate competed in the USPA Nationals with the first female freefly team, the Sugar Gliderz 2.0 and is very excited to be a part of the evolution of freeflying and the new event of 4way VRW!
